An award-winning creative director and innovative businesswoman with over 30 years of strategic marketing experience, Judy turned her passion for design and creativity into a successful nationally recognized branding and advertising agency where big ideas come to life flawlessly.

In addition to being named Entrepreneur of the Year by Inc. magazine, Judy is often recognized for her unmatched sense of personal style, ability to do almost anything in a pair of heels and sharp eye for interior design (just take a look at our office!).

No stranger to fast-paced, rapidly growing business environments, Sara is adept at building brands and creating breakthrough campaigns that are innovative, effective and scalable – many of which have been award-winning. Her experience spans both sides of the Atlantic and just about every category. A passionate leader with a strong desire to help others succeed, Sara is happiest when she’s galvanizing her team to get things done and to make things happen.

When not drafting multichannel marketing strategies in between back-to-back-to-back meetings, Sara spends her time chilling with family and friends and escaping to her cabin in the Catskills.

An advertising and design expert with over two decades of industry experience, Mike brings proven, award-winning expertise and strategic thinking to each and every project, ensuring the highest level of creative execution from start to finish in both the New York and Philadelphia offices.

Mike’s passion for great art and design is rivaled only by his passion for family, running and a solid IPA.

An expert at interactive design, web development and problem-solving, Ray has more than a decade of experience combining his passion for branding and advertising with his deep understanding of data analysis to ensure clients always stay relevant, competitive and ahead of digital market trends.

When not behind his laptop developing smart, strategic and beautifully bold solutions for clients, Ray’s favorite place to be is in a theater watching his son sing or daughter dance.

A natural-born leader with extensive experience launching brands and overseeing large-scale, multifaceted campaigns – and an unstoppable force to boot – Brianna takes a hands-on approach to managing clients’ needs and expectations while also offering guidance and support to the account teams in the Philly and NYC offices.

When not chasing down co-workers for project updates, Brianna can be found booking her next international vacation, volunteering for Philly Ad Club TEENS or spending time with her dog Bourbon.

With over 20 years of experience as a financial and human resources executive, Dan utilizes his extensive background in overseeing a wide range of financial and HR functions to help Munroe manage growth and development, streamline operations and achieve sustainable revenue practices.

When not in the office crunching numbers, Dan enjoys spending time with his three kids, either attending their baseball games, soccer matches or dance recitals.

A talented art director with a comprehensive background in advertising, editorial design and web media, Darren has earned industry recognition for his work in developing visually arresting creative solutions for clients ranging from financial services and real estate to education and non-profit sectors.

An avid bicyclist with a love for rooftop gardening, outside of the office Darren can be found visiting local breweries or busily baking his next loaf of sourdough bread.

Nicole is a seasoned Client Services Professional and Strategist with over 25 years of creative agency experience. Over the span of her career, Nicole has worked in many verticals including CPG, Consumer Healthcare, Finance & Insurance, Travel & Tourism, and Entertainment. She is a digitally native marketer, who understands, and remains a student of, digital and social media best practices.

Today Nicole is a strategic consultant, who works with agency partners to both fill voided roles and/or provide additional insightful strategic support both to the agency and clients.

In her downtime, Nicole is an avid traveler on a quest to visit all 50 states (3 to go!) and as many countries as she can (25 and counting!).

As a proven design devotee who brings fresh ideas to print, digital, video and beyond, Liz leans on her years of industry experience and artistic ingenuity to find creative solutions to complex problems.

An active soccer player who also helps organize a women’s soccer league right here in the city, Liz also enjoys rock-climbing or hiking in the great outdoors.

Mike is an award-winning art director with nearly 30 years’ experience. His strong attention to detail and design versatility have allowed him to craft striking creative solutions for print, digital, OOH and everything in between, for clients ranging from retail and hospitality to financial services and healthcare.

Never one to miss an opportunity to drop a clever pun or witty remark, Mike enjoys spending time with his family, traveling abroad and cheering on Philly sports teams.

Jill is an accomplished art director with more than 15 years of experience leading various marketing projects in the non-profit, real estate, corporate and healthcare industries. Her creative problem-solving and passion for branding make her an integral member of several teams here at Munroe.

Outside of learning everything there is to know about wine, in her spare time, Jill can be found cheering on the Phillies, traveling abroad or attending art shows in the city.

An accomplished Art Director with a background in pharmaceutical and retail/consumer advertising, Victoria plays an integral role on the QuickChek team, where she helps lead creative direction, manage work flows and provide support on all campaign touchpoints and promotions.

A proud Long Islander who’s also a Philly Ad Club TEENS volunteer, Victoria is an avid Ultimate Frisbee player, globetrotter and collector of jigsaw puzzles from around the world.

With a passion for business and creativity, Celeste was immediately drawn to advertising. She graduated from Temple University Magna Cum Laude with a B.A. in advertising and concentrations in account management and media planning.

Celeste served as President for Temple Advertising Club and has competed in two advertising/marketing competitions: the National Student Advertising Competition and the Google Online Marketing Challenge. She has interned on both coasts, where she cultivated her well-rounded experience in account management, digital marketing, social media, sales, media planning, and strategy.

When she’s not working, Celeste spends her time learning about anything she can: astronomy, wine, and interior design are some of her current interests. She also enjoys exercising, being outdoors, and keeping up with her coffee blog on Instagram.

With a relentless drive for evolving brands and elevating client relationships, Olivia thrives on learning new things and conquering challenges through a strategic lens.

Olivia’s 8+ years of agency account management experience span diverse industries like CPG, Food/Beverage, Higher Ed, and Financial Services (to name a few).

When she’s not strategizing for clients, you can find her walking her puppy Brody along the Schuylkill River Trail, cheering at a Penn State Football game, or tending to her balcony garden.

Jake’s expertise in digital design and web development allows him to adapt to the ever-changing digital environment – ensuring clients’ web presence and capabilities remain on the cutting edge.

When not building custom websites from the ground up, Jake enjoys playing board games with friends, lounging with his two cats and learning about the next big thing in the coding world.

With an extensive background in copywriting, print advertising and content marketing, Roxanne leverages her strong writing skills and marketing acumen to help clients find their voice, raise brand awareness and increase customer engagement across a range of digital and social media platforms.

A lover of free food and cheesy puns, Roxanne spends her free time training Muay Thai, rewatching The Office (U.S.) or crocheting something warm and fuzzy.

A graphic designer with strong visual communication skills and a love for developing brand identities, Tom continually pushes creative boundaries when designing various marketing materials, ensuring they don’t just meet client expectations, but exceed them.

Always looking for a new challenge, Tom is adamant about learning how to apply his expertise in print and web design to other creative avenues such as animation and 3D modeling.

With innate talent and endless enthusiasm, Peggy works alongside our senior art directors in designing social media content as well as providing valuable creative support on various full-scale branding and advertising projects.

A whiz at bedazzling and a secret juggler, outside of the office Peggy enjoys reading and practicing yoga.

Kelsey graduated from Temple University in 2020 with a B.A. in advertising with an account management focus. Her determination to turn knowledge into action has contributed to her background in brand strategy, project management, event planning, and social media. She is motivated by her passion for establishing meaningful relationships with others and watching creativity come to life. Kelsey believes that positivity is the key to success, a principle she lives out through her interests in horticulture, literature, and yoga.

Fueled by innate curiosity and passion for her field, Christina is an expert in driving creative ideation; shaping compelling cross-channel visual identities; and creating engaging, user-friendly digital interfaces. In previous roles, she completed work for organizations ranging from the United States Golf Association (USGA) and the Philadelphia Auto Show to small hospitality groups and higher education institutions.

She graduated from Kutztown University with a bachelor’s in advertising and graphic design and, more recently, received her master’s in digital innovation in marketing from the Fox School of Business. In her spare time, Christina can be found creating hand-lettered prints for her Etsy shop (Tiny Quill Pens), tending to her vast collection of succulents, and watching true crime documentaries.

With a decade of experience in digital, print, video, out-of-home, and more, Dan brings a constant curiosity to everything he does at Munroe. He’s an idea guy who finds nothing more thrilling than discovering those “aha moments” in every project.

When his mind is not working overtime, Dan enjoys playing golf, traveling, and spending time at the shore with his family. Smiling is his favorite, and he’s always looking forward to the part of the day when he has ice cream.

Known for her strategic problem-solving and flawless office operations, Sabara brings more than 15 years of experience as an Operational Manager to her role at Munroe. She has worked with a broad range of clients in the fields of branding and marketing, sports and entertainment, and higher education. When not parked behind her digital spaceship, Sabara likes to travel and makes annual pilgrimages to New Orleans or Puerto Rico. She also enjoys web development and learning new software platforms.

Jonathan is a web development expert with many years of industry experience in building websites from the ground up. Using cutting edge technology and creative problem solving, Jonathan transforms clients’ website concepts into reality.

When not deep in code, Jonathan enjoys Muay Thai, soccer, and piano. Native to Lorient France, Jonathan enjoys travelling back and the occasional glass of wine.

A Penn State graphic design alumna and new Philadelphian, Anna has a passion for learning, creating, and exploring new opportunities. She finds inspiration in the people around her and through experiencing new places and cultures.

When she’s not knee-deep in Adobe programs, you can find her kayaking, painting, or shouting at a Penn State football game through the TV. Her proudest achievement to date is having seen every James Bond movie ever made (yes, all 26 of them).

With a love of stringing words into stories, copywriting is everything Julia wanted to be when she grew up wrapped up in one: a teacher, therapist, strategist, studio artist, novelist, screenwriter, and SNL comedian.

A big fan of spicy foods, witty jokes, and squinting really hard when thinking, when Julia isn’t knees deep in a Google doc, you’ll find her binge-watching her favorite show or crafting a new playlist.

Rachel’s business acumen mixed with her passion for creativity led her to Advertising. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Temple University with a B.A. in Advertising and a concentration in Account Management.

Outside of the office, Rachel enjoys going for walks, playing with her dog, and trying new recipes in the kitchen.

A Temple grad with a B.A. in Advertising and concentrations in Account Management and Brand Strategy, Sydney has a passion for supporting her team members and getting to the heart of challenging problems.

Her experience serving as an agency director for the Temple Advertising Club, as well as her role as account manager for the National Student Advertising Competition, helped cultivate her knack for communication and organization. An avid researcher and multitasker at heart, Sydney has also earned various internships throughout the Philly area.

Outside of work, Sydney spends her time trying out new recipes, reading, being a proud plant parent, and teaching herself German.
