With its vintage charm and modern cool, the Brush Factory Lofts is an exciting addition to South Philadelphia’s residential landscape. Conceived and built by The Rufo Companies, the Lofts called for a brand that would appeal to style-conscious renters who also care about living sustainably. Our creative team developed their identity, messaging, website and sales collateral, as well as strategized, launched and ran a digital ad campaign to attract renters.
