QuickChek wanted to create a more intuitive mobile app experience for customers. So naturally, they enlisted the Munroe team to lead all creative and ensure every touchpoint was on brand and operationally viable. We worked hand-in-hand with a cross-functional team to ensure the entire user experience was fresh and fast­—just like the brand itself. The food-forward design showcases appetizing product images and simple, intuitive menu progression, enabling a better brand experience and increased market basket. In further support of the launch, we developed an integrated marketing and advertising program that introduced the new app to QuickChek customers via a digital campaign, email marketing and in-store promotion.
